Installation of the sliding sleeve on the synchronizer hub

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To mark the relative position of the hub 20 (see. Fig. A secondary shaft) and the sliding sleeve 21 for further assembly.
2. Remove from the hub 20 sliding sleeve 21.
3. Remove the springs 18 and 19 crackers.

A warning

Synchronizer hub and the sliding sleeve are replaced only together.

When installing new blocking rings of the synchronizer is recommended to replace crackers and springs. When the old worn breadcrumbs gaps between them and the grooves in the blocking ring will be too great.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Push the sliding sleeve 21 to the hub according to earlier made labels. This is the largest seizure of A (see. Fig. Installation of the sliding sleeve on the synchronizer hub) slots on the inner sliding sleeve must coincide with the slots in the hub of crackers.
2. Set the crumbs 19 (see. Fig. A secondary shaft).
3. Install the spring 18 by inserting the ends of the spring in the biscuits on opposite sides of the synchronizer. At the ends of both springs must be an angle of 120 ?�.
