Replacing the wiper arm



Replace the wiper arm performed as follows:
- Geared motor wiper switch, and then turn it off when the wiper arm will return to off (down) position;

NOTE
If you want to remove both the windscreen wiper arm, they must mark, as they are not interchangeable.

- Pry and remove the cap nut axis of the wiper arm;
- Loosen the lock nut, lift the brush off the glass and remove the wiper arm with the axis (lever can be picked up and removed from the shaft using a suitable flat blade screwdriver);
- Make sure that Spitz wiper arm and the axis of rotation are clean and dry;
- Put a new arm on the axis of the brush in the correct position and place it on the glass;
- Check the installation of a new brush. The lower edges of the wiper blades in a stationary state should be placed about 50 mm from the bottom edge of the windscreen;
- Tighten the lock nut to 20 Nm;
- Windshield wiper switch and make sure the wiper blades when his work is constantly returning to the "correct" position;
- The cap nuts to their original location.
