Increased noise and pull to one side under braking, increasing the stroke of the brake pedal pulsation and effort on it, leaking brake fluid indicate malfunction of brake system. To check the thickness of the brake pads of disc brakes lift the relevant part of the car and establish it on a stand, remove the wheel. Check the thickness of the pad through the hole in the caliper. If necessary remove the caliper and remove the pads for inspection. If the thickness of the friction linings of brake pads is less acceptable, it is necessary to replace all the pads (included). Measure the thickness of brake discs with a micrometer. If the thickness of the disc is less than acceptable, it is cracked or hot spots - needed to be replaced. Before installing the wheels and check the status of freedom of movement of the brake hose.
