Elements of the instrument cluster
Remove the instrument cluster.

Gently lift the bracket cover trim and remove the trim of the instrument cluster (Fig. 15.24). Devices attached clamps or screws. Depending on the version, press clips or unscrew the screws to remove the devices.

Loosen the screws and remove the multi-function display and the Hall sensor. The sensor is fixed to the rear of the speedometer. The contact plate Hall effect sensor is fixed with two screws on the cover of a cable drive speedometer (Fig. 15.25).

To remove the oil pressure alarm, remove the analog clock, then release the tabs and remove the block from the printed circuit board (Fig. 15.26). To remove the voltage regulator, remove the screw and remove the mounting block. When installing the unit, check that the three pins in place and screw fastening tight.

Connector cable drive speedometer remove by turning it counterclockwise to release, then pull the cable out of the connector (Fig. 15.27). To remove the circuit board, remove the instruments, multifunction display unit alarms oil pressure and the contact plate. Squeeze the latches connector housing and carefully remove the connector and PCB.
