The cooling system includes a water seal-type pump driven by auxiliary drive belt, fan radiator termovyazkostnoy coupling, a radiator, an expansion tank, a thermostat and a radiator heater, as well as hoses and switches. When starting a cold engine coolant circulates around the cylinder block and cylinder head. Warm coolant passes through the radiator heater to the water pump. Since the coolant expands when heated, it increases its level in the expansion tank. Receipt of the coolant through the radiator is closed, which provides indoor thermostat. When the coolant reaches a predetermined temperature, the thermostat opens and hot coolant flows through the radiator hose, since the cooling fluid passes through the radiator, it takes a counter-flow cooling air. Termovyazkostnaya clutch radiator fan is switched depending on the temperature of the heat sink. Upon reaching a predetermined temperature in the sleeve valve opens and termovyazkostnaya clutch drives the fan wheel. When the coolant temperature is in the range from + 92 ? to + 98 ? C temperature sensor includes a first step of the cooling fan and the fan rotates at a reduced speed. When the coolant temperature is from + 99 ? to + 105 ? C, the temperature sensor comprises a radiator fan for the second stage and the fan rotates at maximum number of revolutions.

Fan power can be turned on and turned off the ignition. Therefore, when working with a hot engine for the time of work is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector from the fan motor.

A warning

When you open the cover of a broad tank on the hot engine must be careful, as the emerging vapors can cause severe burns. To do this, close the cover of the expansion tank with a thick layer of tissue and slowly unscrew the cap until the hissing sound. After the cessation of fizz slowly unscrew and remove the cap from the expansion tank.

Do not allow coolant to clothing and body paint. Otherwise, rinse with plenty of water.
