NOTE
To adjust the front door of the car should stand on wheels.
Door adjusted properly if closed on all sides are identical gaps, the door does not protrude outwardly, no recessed inwardly and is flush with the other parts of the body.

To adjust or check clearances
After installation or adjustment to take measures for corrosion protection and hinge screws.
Proper adjustment is necessary to loosen the door hinge of the door at the front. Other measures, such as lift-up doors, are ineffective. On the subsequent load again door gives way.
In this case, use a special tool to adjust the door key.

Loosen the lock loop 1 by unscrewing the screws at the front 2 B (Fig. 8.32).

NOTE
Description of adjustment is only for the right front door. Adjust the left front door is similar.
The front door must be closed completely with no extra effort and do not have a backlash.
After adjusting bracket lock the front door should press the up or down.
Adjust the loop can lock: if the front door is not flush with the back.

Adjust the front door by fitting lock loop 1 so that the front door is in the closed position is flush with the rear (the noise disappears at speed).
Tighten the screws 2 brackets lock 1.
Tightening torques: 2 bolts: 20 Nm.
