Removing and installing body side mirror



NOTE
Description removal and installation is only for left mirror. Removal and installation of the right mirror is similar.

Withdrawal
Remove the mirror glass.
To simplify installation tilt the mirror forward.
Internal locking hook 2 front unavailable.

Unlock retaining hook

Insert a wedge between the mirror housing and turn indicator. This unlocks the locking hooks 2 (Fig. 8.9).
Gently pull the body from the base of the mirror in front of the mirror.
Then remove the mirror housing 1 from the base upwards.

Setting
Install the mirror housing 1 on the base and press down on the housing so that the locking hooks snap into place 2 with the corresponding sound.
Install the mirror glass into place.
After installation, check operation.
