Applying sealant



The order of execution of works
Remove residual sealant on the oil sump with a rotating brush attachment, such as a hand drill with a set of brushes, nozzles with plastic bristles (wear goggles).
Clean seating surfaces. They must be free of oil and grease.

NOTE
Follow the shelf life of the sealant.
The oil pan to be installed within 5 minutes after sealant application.

Cut the tip of the tube at the front marking (F holes about 3 mm).
Apply sealant to clean the seating surface of the oil pan. Harness the sealant should be 2-3 mm in thickness
In places holes fastening screws, apply sealant on the inside.

Apply sealant to clean the seating surface oil pan as shown in Figure 2.264.
