FUEL (beninovye engines)

The components of the fuel system
Fig. 2.306. The components of the fuel system: 1 - fuel filler; 2 - to the absorber with activated carbon; 3 - the fuel tank; 4 - the fuel filter; 5 - locking ring 145 Nm; 6 - fuel delivery module; 7 - the fuel sender 3 G237; 8 - suction jet pump; 9 - a protective casing; 10 - band; 11-20 H ? m + to tighten on 1/4. (90 ?); 12 - a protective casing; 13 - suction jet pump; 14 - fuel delivery module; 15 - the gauge indicator Fuel level G; 16 - flange; 17 - a ventilation hose; 18 - expansion tank; 19 - the valve of a gravity feed; 20 - a reduction valve

ATTENTION
In any assembly work to the fuel tank, follow these guidelines.
Lines of all types (e.g. fuel absorber, activated carbon, vacuum hoses), and the electric wires must be routed as they were originally laid.
Check the tightness between the neck wire weight of the fuel tank and the body to protect it from electrostatic discharge.
Provide space for all moving or hot components.

Plan and parts connecting the fuel in the fuel tank

Wiring and fuel components in the fuel tank

Safety at work in the power system
For security purposes, prior to depressurization of the system power supply, remove the fuses 13 and 14 of the fuse holder, as the fuel pump can be activated when triggered driver door contact switch.
Fuses 13 and 14 are in the fuse holder in electronics box, in the left side of the plenum chamber.
When removing and installing fuel gauge sender or fuel pump (fuel delivery unit) with full or partially filled fuel tanks should be considered:

ATTENTION
The fuel is pressurized. to avoid injuries and skin contact, wear protective goggles and gloves. Before disconnecting the connection hose wrap cloth. Then release pressure by gently loosening the connection.

Before beginning work near the mounting hole of the fuel tank must be installed suction hose included installing exhaust hoods. If the exhaust system for removing exhaust gas is not available, use a centrifugal fan (engine must be located on the side of the air flow) with a capacity of 15 m3 / h.
