Removing coil spring



Compress the spring so as to release the upper spring cup.
Loosen the hex nut on the piston rod.

Remove the individual parts and the spring strut via tie VAS spring 6046 and spring retainer VAS 6046/3 (Fig. 4.80).

ATTENTION
First compress a spring so as to relieve the upper spring cup.
