Total information

The steering consists of a steering wheel, steering column, steering racks, tie rods, and power steering (5-cylinder engine).

The steering wheel is fixed on top of the steering column, which transmits the steering movement of the steering mechanism. In the steering mechanism of the rack depending on the steering angle, moving to the right or left. Tie rods attached to a leash of the rack, the steering force is transmitted to both wheels bearing housings, and consequently also the wheels.

Lath-flowing management and is a backlash-free from lock to lock. It does not require repair. It is only necessary to check the tightness of the sealing cuffs.

Drive steering the machines with a 5-cylinder engine (in 4-cylinder as additional equipment) is facilitated by hydraulic power steering. Hydraulic power steering (servo) provides the minimum force applied to the steering wheel of the machine.

Power steering is composed of oil pump, tank and oil pipelines. The pump is driven by a toothed belt. The pump takes hydraulic oil from the tank and delivers it under high pressure into the valve body. The valve is located in the steering mechanism. It is mechanically coupled to the steering column and distributes oil, depending on the steering angle, the corresponding operating cylinder. The oil pressure on the piston rack and thus transmits the movement of the steering wheel. Simultaneously, the piston pushes oil to the other side of the working cylinder through reverse feed of the locking groove of the valve through conduit return flow back into the storage tank.
