- Substituting a crossbeam support, remove the two screws on the cross beam to the spar (Fig. 7.18);
- Remove the crossmember.
Installation cross beam should be performed in reverse order:
- Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the body;
- Refit the steering;
- Set the rack on the crossbar, without tightening the fasteners;
- Screw a new nut on the front axle bolt, without tightening it;
- Secure the crossbeam, tightening the bolts to the front 108 Nm and rear short bolts to 88 Nm;
- Set the steering arms and tighten the bolts to 69 Nm;
- Make sure to mount the bracket and insulation screen are in the correct position;
- Set the mounting tube and tighten the screws on the crossbar 25 N ? m;
- Install heat shield and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm;
- Check that all mounting brackets are in place;
- Set the gearshift rod (torque 16 Nm);
- Adjust the position of the front exhaust pipe, install and tighten the bolts of the spring; while using new gaskets and comply with tightening threaded connections: the front exhaust pipe nuts - 9 Nm; bolts of the exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter - 35 Nm;
- Fix the central longitudinal beam in the front engine mounts; engine press forward and secure the longitudinal beam to the rear engine mounts; tighten the four screws on the central longitudinal beam torque 69 Nm;
- Tighten the engine torque 59 Nm;
- Install the engine front shield and heat shield on the semi-axis (torque 10 Nm);
- Remove the support and swing the suspension up and down several times to the rubber feet into place;
- Tighten the nut axial bolts to 91 Nm;
- Secure the anti-roll bar on the lower wishbone front suspension, which use new nuts and ball joints: tightening torque of 45 Nm.
