Bleeding the hydraulic brake drive



Use only fresh brake fluid DOT 4.
Bleeding the braking system is made using a pumping unit VA G 1869. Connect the pumping unit in accordance with the instructions for use.
Remove the dust cap from the bleeder support, clean it and put it on one end of the pure transparent hose which other end lower in the capacity partially filled with brake fluid. The capacity should be at least 300 mm above the bleeder. This prevents air from entering the caliper bleeder through the threads.
Loosen half turn the bleeder valve corresponding to the brake caliper, and wait until the union is out will be a brake liquid without air bubbles, and then tighten the bleeder valve.
Pumping the brakes in the following sequence:
1 - rear right brake caliper;
2 - rear left brake caliper;
3 - front right brake caliper;
4 - front left brake caliper.
On vehicles with electronic stabilization system (ESP) pumping the brakes in the following sequence:
1 - rear left brake caliper;
2 - Right front brake caliper;
3 - rear right brake caliper;
4 - front left brake caliper.
