The device is a forward support FN-3 shown in Fig. 15.16.
Clean dust and dirt from the caliper, do not inhale the dust.
Secure the caliper in a vice. Remove the piston from a support, for which post air under low pressure in the brake cylinder through the opening for connecting the brake hoses, brake pads, instead of setting a block of wood.

Remove the wooden block and gently pull the piston. Carefully, so as not to damage the cylinder wall, remove the sleeve from the cylinder bore caliper mounting wedge or blade flat screwdriver as a lever (Fig. 15.17).
Check the condition of all the details of a support and replace worn or damaged parts. Pay special attention to the cylinder and piston. In the presence of scratches, scratches, wear or pitting necessary to replace the piston and cylinder. Regardless of the state, replace all the rubber seals.
Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. Purge the tube with compressed air and openings.

Apply a thin layer of greasing G 052 150 A2, the O-ring and piston (Fig. 15.18).
Install the dust cover on the piston so that the inner edge of the cover included in the groove of the piston.

Set in front of the cylinder piston calipers and a special device, insert a working edge of a dustproof cover into a support before it locks (Fig. 15.19).
With the help of a special device or a hammer handle press the piston into the cylinder support.
After installing the piston blow air cylinder and fill it with fresh brake fluid.
