Disconnect "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the filler cap from the brake fluid reservoir.

Location of electrical connectors on the front of the ABS unit
Fig. 3.1.33. Location of electrical connectors on the front of the ABS unit

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front of the unit ABS (Fig. 3.1.33).
Release clamps and remove the electrical bracket.
Remove ribbed belt.
Remove the pulley bolt to the power steering pump.
Remove the screws power steering pump to the bracket and move the pump aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
Drain the coolant.

Location clamps (1 and 2) securing the coolant hoses to the water pump
Fig. 3.1.34. Location clamps (1 and 2) securing the coolant hoses to the water pump

Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect the hoses 1 and 2 (Fig. 3.1.34) of the cooling system of the water pump.
Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

Location clamp fixing the air pipe to the front transverse panel
Fig. 3.1.35. Location clamp fixing the air pipe to the front transverse panel

Loosen the clamp and remove the air tube (fig. 3.1.35) with the front cross bar.
Disconnect the electric socket is required.
Remove the screws and remove the generator. Disconnect the electric wires from the generator.
Remove V-ribbed belt tensioner.
Unscrew the bolts to the intake manifold support bracket and reactive torque compensator.
Turn out bolts and remove a rack, connecting the bracket with engine block.

Fig. 3.1.37. Location bolts toothed belt to the water pump

Remove the bolt toothed belt to the water pump and remove the water pump (Fig. 3.1.37).

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following features.
Clean the gasket surfaces of the water pump and the engine block.
When installing the water pump using a new O-ring.
Insert the bolt with a special head into a hole in the water pump housing.
Establish an arm of the generator, power steering pump and fan on the block of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nm in the sequence shown in Figure 3.1.36.
The sequence of tightening the mounting bolts of the generator, power steering pump and fan:
1 - a bolt M8x70;
2 - a bolt M8x110;
3 - a bolt M8x50;
4 - bolt M8x90;
5 - a bolt M8x70;
6 - a bolt M8x100.
Install the generator.
Install poly V-belt.
Install the fan with viscous coupling.
Fill the cooling system with coolant.
