Replace the bolt with cylindrical head (from the guide bushing 3083) into the hole of the crankshaft (Fig. 3.1.47).

Using a stripper in 2085 to remove the front crankshaft seal
Fig. 3.1.48. Using a stripper in 2085 to remove the front crankshaft seal

To remove the front seal, use a stripper in 2085 (Fig. 3.1.48).
Remove the inside of the extractor 2085 two turns (about 3 mm) from the outer portion and rigidly fix both sides of the screw.
Install the puller on the crankshaft and strongly pressing, screw it into the sealing sleeve. Loosen the locking screw and turn the inside of the puller, remove the cuff. Remove the collar with a stripper.
Clean the installation location of the seal.
Apply engine oil to sealing lip and an outer surface of the new seal before installing it in place.

Setting the guide bushing 3083 on the crankshaft
Fig. 3.1.49. Setting the guide bushing 3083 on the crankshaft

Install the guide bushing 3083 (Fig. 3.1.49) on the crankshaft.
According to the guide sleeve, set the seal of 3083.

Using the bolts and the mounting sleeve 3083 for pressing the front crankshaft seal in the groove
Fig. 3.1.50. Using the bolts and the mounting sleeve 3083 for pressing the front crankshaft seal in the groove

With the help of bolts and mounting sleeves 3083 press in sealing sleeve into the groove (Fig. 3.1.50).
Fit the toothed belt pulley bolt on the crankshaft.

A WARNING
On the bearing surface between the pulley and the crankshaft and on the pulley bolt of grease.
When you install a new bolt, replace the crankshaft pulley.
