Installing the lower section of the oil pallet

Made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Plastic or wooden scraper to remove any remnants of the old gasket mating surface of the upper and lower section of the oil pan

Place the gasket 2 (see. Fig. 6.17) and the cover 1 on the lower section of the oil pallet and fix its bolts.

All models

Crosswise tighten the bolts fastening the lower section of the oil pan, first to 5 Nm and then torque of 10 Nm.

Fill the engine with engine oil.
