Installing the top section of the oil pan



Made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Installation replace all gaskets and sealing rings.
Clean the mating surfaces of the oil pump and the engine block, set the oil pump and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.
Tighten the valve nozzle 40 N ?� m.
Replace the front collar of the crankshaft, lubricated with engine oil before installing its working edge and an outer surface.

Using the mandrel 3265 (Fig. 6.29), set the collar to the crankshaft and using a pulley bolt to press-fit it into the slot.

Install the timing belt pulley of the crankshaft 1 (see. Fig. 6.26) and spacer sleeve, screw the new pulley bolt. When the bolt assembly must be replaced with a new one. On the bearing surface between the pulley and the crankshaft of grease. Do not lubricate the bolt crankshaft pulley.
Install the timing belt.
Place the upper section of the oil pan.
Install the lower section of the oil pan.
