Removal and installation of the parking brake lever



The lever assembly removed for replacement when worn or damaged gear sector or dogs.
You will need: the key "12", Phillips screwdriver blade.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Remove the rear part of the lining of the tunnel floor (see. "Removal and installation of facing of a tunnel floor").

NOTE
The driver's seat is removed for clarity. In order to gain access to the fastening of facing and parking brake lever, remove the seat is not required.

3. Disconnect the wires from the switch signal lamp parking brake.
4. Disconnect from the parking brake lever forward cable drive (see. "Replacing the parking brake cable").
5. Remove the two screws on the parking brake lever to the base of the body ...
6. ... and remove the lever.
7. Before installing the vehicle Grease sector gear lever.
8. Set the lever in the reverse order of removal, and adjust parking brake system (see. "Adjusting parking brake").
