Removing, dismantling and installation of the instrument panel



You will need: hex keys (head) "7", "12", Phillips screwdriver and flat blades.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Remove the car if it is installed on the vehicle.

NOTE
In the absence of the box car to install it is closed by a bezel blank, the removal of which is described in the section "Removing and installing control unit with heating and air conditioning".

3. Remove the steering wheel (see. "Removing and installing the steering wheel").
4. Remove the cover of the steering column (see. "Replacement of the contact group, the switch (lock) of ignition").
5. Remove the four screws that secure the hatch covers the dashboard ...
6. ... and remove the plug.
7. Remove the four screws securing the steering column to the body ...
8. ... a nut on the steering column to the dashboard (located inside the instrument panel) and lower down the column.
9. Remove the front part of facing the tunnel floor (see. "Removal and installation of facing of a tunnel floor").
10. Remove the control unit with heating and air-conditioning (see. "Removing and installing control unit with heating and air conditioning").

NOTE
If you intend to complete disassembly of the instrument panel, for convenience of ...
... Remove the two screws securing the retractable cupholders ...
... And remove the cup holder ...
... Then remove the two screws that secure the niche for small items and remove the gap.
If you shoot the instrument panel is not for disassembly, cup holder and a niche can be worn.

11. Remove the two screws that secure the niche for small items ...
12. ... and remove the gap.
13. Remove the two screws securing the storage compartment to the dashboard ...
14. ... and remove the glove box.
15. Open the left front door and prying with a screwdriver ...
16. ... remove the left side cover of the instrument panel.
17. Disconnect from the panel handle the bonnet (see. "Removal, installation and adjustment of the bonnet and drive").
18. Remove the trim left body side (see. "Removal and installation of facing of salon").
19. Under the instrument panel at the left body side, disconnect the antenna cable ...
20. ... and Disconnect the harness from the instrument panel electrical connector block.
21. On the right side under the instrument panel Disconnect the harness from the additional resistance of the motor fan heater ...
22. ... pad disconnect the wiring harness-ECU SRS (passive safety system) ...
23. ... and the instrument panel ...
24. ... and disconnect the connector harness from the heater blower motor.
25. Through the window in the dashboard for the storage compartment remove the screw bracket heater ...
26. ... and closer to the center of the car the three screws that secure the heater housing to the dashboard.
27. Turn out a bolt of 1 fastening of the left arm console, instrument panel to the base of the body, remove the two nuts 2 bracket to the console panel ...
28. ... and remove the bracket.
29. Similarly remove the right bracket.

NOTE
Brackets dashboard console are the same.

30. Open the right front door by prying with a screwdriver ...
31. ... remove the right side cover of the instrument panel.
32. Remove the three bolts securing the side instrument panel to the body on the right ...
33. ... and left.
34. Remove the lining of the front pillars on the left and right (see. "Removal and installation of facing of salon").
35. Remove one upper mounting bolt to the body of the instrument panel to the left and right ...
36. ... and remove the dashboard.

To disassemble the instrument panel, do the following.
1. Remove the regulator electroproof headlights (see. "Replacing the regulator electroproof headlights").
2. Remove the instrument cluster, taking off her trim and removing the four mounting screws to the dashboard (see. "Removing and installing dash").
3. Remove the wiring harness and instrument panel, disconnecting the clips and clamps on the dashboard frame.
4. Remove the three screws that secure the air blowing windshield on the left side of the instrument panel ...
5. ... the three screws on the right side ...
6. ... the six screws in the center of ...
7. ... and remove the duct.
8. Remove one screw securing the central duct on the left side of the instrument panel ...
9. ... in the center ...
10. ... the right side ...
11. ... and remove the central air duct.
12. Remove the two screws that secure the latches lock the glove box ...
13. ... the three screws that secure the bezel to the frame on the right side of the instrument panel at the bottom of ...
14. ... and the six screws at the top ...
15. ... one screw on the left side of the instrument panel at the bottom of ...
16. ... and up ...
17. ... and then disconnect the dashboard trim panel ...
18. ... and its frame.
19. Remove the three screws that secure the bezel to the ashtray ...
20. ... and remove the ashtray.
Assemble and install the instrument panel in the reverse order of disassembly and removal.

NOTE
Brackets console dashboard mount, orient them up arrow stamped on the brackets.
