Replace the master cylinder reservoir



You will need a screwdriver.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Release catches, Disconnect the harness plug the master cylinder reservoir.
3. Unscrew the master cylinder reservoir.
4. Drain the brake fluid reservoir, for example, a large medical syringe.
5. Loosen the hose clamp on the master cylinder clutch, slide the clamp on a hose ...
6. ... and disconnect the hose from the master cylinder reservoir.

HELPFUL ADVICE
Immediately after disconnecting the hose from the tank opening stop it without dropping a hose down. In this case, the hose will be a certain amount of working fluid, so after installing the tank and accession to the hose to remove the air from the hydraulic drive clutch is not required.

7. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove the tank, removing it from the connections couplings.
8. If a leak occurs during operation of the brake fluid through the nipple, remove the sleeve from the openings of the cylinder barrel.
A WARNING
Re-use of couplings is not permitted, replace them with new ones.

9. Before installing the tank, insert into the holes of the master cylinder nipple. Then install the tank by inserting the tubes in the nipple firmly hand until it stops.

HELPFUL ADVICE
To facilitate the installation of couplings to the cylinder and pipes in a tank sleeve moisten them with fresh brake fluid.

10. Fill with brake fluid and Bleed the (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
