Replacement Brake Force



Pressure regulators replace only the set (2 pcs.). Marking regulator 3/30.
When replacing knobs install only with the same marking.
You will need: the keys "10" (special nut wrench pipes), "21", "22".
1. Loosen the nut of the pipeline, hold regulating cap by turning the second key ...
2. ... and move in the direction of the pipeline.
3. Before removing the faulty regulator (the rear wheels lock before or simultaneously with the front of them) to check the purity of his working chamber. To do this, loosen the cork knob, holding the knob from turning the second key ...
4. ... and remove the plug with the spring and plunger. Clean the parts regulator from contamination, wash them with fresh brake fluid and replace. Remove air from the system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive", p. 187) and re-check the efficiency of the regulator.
5. If the performance of the controller is not restored, replace both the controller kit. Disconnect from the control line (see. Nos. 1 and 2), loosen the pressure regulator ...
6. ... and remove the regulator from the body of the master cylinder.

A WARNING
O-ring pressure regulator at each dismantling of the compound is replaced.

7. Similarly remove the second pressure regulator.
8. Install pressure regulators in the reverse order of removal, and Bleed the braking system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
