Replacement of hoses and tubes hydraulic drive clutch

You will need: the keys "10", "12" ...

... A special key for nuts of pipelines "10" pliers.

1. Loosen the nut of the tube to the tip of the hose and pull the tubing aside.

NOTE

Shelf mounting the battery is removed for clarity.


2. Remove the locking bracket ...	3. ... and bring the hose from the bracket.


4. Remove the bolt and remove the hose fitting ...	5. ... Pay attention to the presence and relative position of the two copper sealing washers.

NOTE

Compression washer during assembly replaced.

6. Remove the coolant expansion tank (see. "Removing and installing expansion tank").


7. Remove the nut securing the tube to the master cylinder clutch ...	... 8. Remove the tube from the holder on the mudguard and remove the tube.

9. Install the parts in reverse order of removal, and Bleed the (see. "Bleeding clutch hydraulic drive").
