On cars Chevrolet / Daewoo Lanos set single-plate dry clutch with a central diaphragm spring (Fig. 6.1).
The pressure plate is mounted in a fabricated steel housing 39 bolted to the flywheel of the engine.
The slave drive 40 is mounted on the clutch shaft splines and gears clamped diaphragm spring between the flywheel and the pressure plate.
Bearing clutch 34 mounted on the guide sleeve 33, bolted to the crankcase 43 of coupling. Bearing moves fork 36 mounted on the shaft of the clutch. At the same shaft mounted clutch release lever. On the release lever operates a rod slave cylinder clutch.
The hydraulic clutch actuator consists of a main 5 and 27 of the working cylinder, the hose 24, the tube 21 and the clutch pedal 19. Hose 4 is connected to the master cylinder reservoir mounted on the master cylinder (tank common to both master cylinders). In hydraulic clutch used brake fluid. Adjusting the drive clutch is described in the section "Checking and adjusting the drive clutch".

HELPFUL HINTS
In order to grip it served long and trouble-free, do not constantly keep his foot on the clutch pedal.
