Replacing fork and release bearing



You will need a key "13".
1. Remove the gearbox (see. "Removing and installing transmission").
2. Remove the mounting bolt to the fork shaft clutch ...
3. ... and remove the shaft from the clutch housing.
4. Remove the release fork.
5. If necessary, remove the top clutch ...
6. ... and bottom shaft sleeve clutch.
7. Remove the clutch from the guide sleeve.
8. Set the items in reverse order. When installing plastic bushings shaft clutch note that the projection (shown by an arrow in the photo n. 6) on the sleeve was in the groove on the housing tide. Grease the bushings with grease. Before installation, lubricate the release bearing guide sleeve outer surface with a thin layer of grease.
