Removing and installing clutch



You will need: the key "11", the mandrel to center the clutch disc.
1. Remove the gearbox (see. "Removing and installing transmission").
2. Hold the flywheel from turning a screwdriver, remove the six mounting bolts of a press disk of coupling to a flywheel. Tighten bolts evenly loosen: one at each turn of the key, moving from bolt to bolt diameter.

NOTE
For clarity, the work shown on removed engine.

3. Remove the cover and the clutch disc.

NOTE
For centering clutch fabricate a mandrel of Fig. 6.2.

4. When installing the clutch, first set with a mandrel (see. Fig. 6.2) the clutch disc, pressure plate and then the cover and screw bolts to the flywheel housing. Screw the bolts evenly: one at each turn of the key, moving from bolt to bolt diameter. Tightening torque 15 Nm.
5. Remove the mandrel and set the gearbox.
6. Check and if necessary adjust the drive clutch (see. "Check and adjust the clutch drive").
