Check spark plugs



Connect to a high-voltage spark plug wire. Hold the spark plug special pliers with insulated handles, connect the frame of the vehicle with a mass of candles.
A warning

Do not touch the body of the car during the following operations.


The assistant should crank the engine starter, and the spark between the electrodes should be observed sustained strong spark.

If there is no spark or weak spark, check the condition and correct the following defects:

- The presence of soot and clean or replace the spark plug;
- When oil contamination clean or replace the spark plug;
- When worn or burnout, replace the spark plug electrodes;
- The destruction of the ceramic insulator, replace the spark plug;
- Ring is damaged, replace the spark plug spark plug;
- In violation of the electrode gap in the spark plug, adjust gap.
