Electrical equipment

Negative ground electrical system has an operating voltage of 12 volts. Power for the system comes from the electrical lead-acid battery, which is recharged by a generator.

It should be noted that when working with any element of the vehicle's electrical wire of the negative terminal of the battery must be disconnected to prevent short circuits and / or fire.

At regular intervals check the location and fastening of wires, make sure that the wires do not grind on the other elements. If you find that any wires rub against the other elements, take the wire to the side and secure so that it does not happen again.
A warning

It is forbidden to change the polarity of the supply of various equipment and devices of electrical equipment in order to avoid failure of the semiconductor devices.
Do not disconnect and connect the battery, measuring instruments and any wires with the engine running.
It does not test the serviceability of the generator circuit on the weight of the power output.
