Adjust the clutch pedal



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Measure the distance from the front surface of the pedal to the carpet. Height of installation of a pedal of coupling (A): 166,9 mm.
  1. If the height of installation of a pedal of coupling does not correspond to the desired value, adjust it as follows:
    1. loosen the locknut and turn the screw to adjust the clutch pedal free play, and then tighten the lock nut;

After adjustment tighten the screw until it reaches the stop pedal, then tighten the locknut.

b. rotate the plunger until the desired height of the installation of a pedal, then tighten the locknut.

When adjusting the height of the plant or freewheel clutch pedal, be careful not to move the plunger to the clutch master cylinder.

  1. Hand press the clutch pedal before occurrence of notable resistance and measure free wheeling size.
    Free travel (B): 6-13 mm.
