Clutch slave cylinder



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the hydraulic tube coupling.
  2. Remove the bolts clutch slave cylinder.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
  2. Check the clutch slave cylinder and covers for damage.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pick up the handset, the valve plate, spring, pusher and cover.
  2. Remove dirt from the open hole to connect a hydraulic tube.
  1. Remove the piston and the sealing ring (cuff), submitting compressed air through the hole to connect a hydraulic tube.
  1. Cover the opening of the working cylinder with a clean cloth to catch the expelled compressed air piston.
  2. To eliminate splashing brake fluid supply air slowly.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the clutch slave cylinder for damage.
  2. Check the covers for damage.
  1. Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder. If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the limit, replace the master cylinder and / or piston assembly.

Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder held in three sections (at the bottom, center and top) in two perpendicular directions. Gap: 0,15 mm.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before assemblage grease liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter and set the piston assembly. Fluid: Brake fluid DOT 3 or DOT 4.
  1. Install the valve plate, pusher and cover.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before installation grease sleeve, pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin. Grease: CASMOLY L9508.
  1. Install the slave cylinder and connect a hydraulic tube.
