Sunroof

1. Before removing the hatch, remove the following items:
   - The lamp from the top console;
   - The sun visors and the inside rearview mirror;
   - Pillar trim.

Remove the decorative panel and glass panel door. Tightening torque: 4-6 N ??? m.

Disconnect the drain hose.

Remove the bolts and nuts and remove the hatch assembly. Torque: Mounting bolts of the hatch: 7-11 N ??? m Mounting nut hatch: 4-6 N ??? m

Remove the gutter.

Remove the stopper.

Remove the sun visor.

Remove the guide.

Remove the deflector.

6. Remove the drive motor.

When removing the motor unit of the slide must be in the fully closed position. If there is a mismatch between the glass panel and the ring of the engine in a fully closed position, the hatch will not function privilno.

Check that the limit switches the motor (LS1 and LS2) are completely closed. Set the center of the guide roller and the label of the slide in the fully closed position.

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
2. Ensure that no node slider abrasives.
3. Make sure that when you open the sunroof glass panel, rear panel does not cling to the roof panel. If there is a gap fully open the glass panel and move the stopper.

If the stopper is advanced too far, it can lead to malfunctions and leaks. Make sure that the gap between the glass panel and the roof panel is not more than 0.3 mm.

Measure the force of the drive unit of the hatch and turn the adjustment nut torque on the drive unit, adjust it to 15-25 kg.

After adjustment make sure that the blocking nut with lock washer.
