Removing and installing coil electromagnetic compressor clutch



Withdrawal
Remove the coupling hub and pulley.
Set in the bore of the compressor device to protect the shaft.
Install the pulley on the compressor shaft. Set the end of the bolt of a stripper in a concave central portion of the shaft to protect the device, get a stripper captures cage winding.

Turn the bolt extractor Xpress coil (Fig. 8.75).

Setting
Clean the seating surface of the cage winding.
Set the compressor in a vertical position and place the front coil head of the compressor.
Check the position of the clutch coil connector.
Fit the compression sock compressor and into the center of the winding.
Install two 8-inch capture and compressor device for compression. Paws seizures should be deeply wound the front landing of the compressor, and a bolt must be located in the center of compression fittings.

Turn the screws on the key, press them firmly onto the front winding head of the compressor (Fig. 8.76).
Install the pulley and the coupling hub on the compressor.
