Engine radiator fan



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
3. Remove the intake of fresh air.
4. Disconnect from the engine cooling fan.
5. Loosen the clamp and remove the upper radiator hose.
6. Remove top two screws on the heat sink fan shroud.
7. Remove the two screws on the bottom of the radiator fan shroud.
8. Lift the fan shroud of the radiator from the engine compartment.
9. Remove the clip and remove the radiator fan.
10. Remove the three bolts and nuts and remove the radiator fan motor.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Ammeter check current consumption of the engine cooling fan, as shown in the figure.

Current: 8-13 And

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the engine cooling fan and secure with three bolts and nuts.
2. Install the fan and attach the clamp.
3. Install the radiator cover on the radiator.
4. Replace and tighten the upper bolts of the fan casing.

Torque: 7,8-11 N ??? m

5. Replace and tighten the lower bolts of the fan housing.

Torque: 7,8-11 N ??? m

6. Install the upper radiator hose and fix its collar.
7. Connect the radiator to the engine fan.
8. Install the intake of fresh air and fix its bolt and nut.
9. Fill the cooling system with the required amount of coolant required.
10. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
11. Start up the engine and check for leaks from the cooling system.
