In order to ensure reliability and long service life of the battery, follow these instructions (Fig. 1.183).
Before servicing the battery remove the cover.
The battery must be securely attached to the vehicle.
Make sure that the battery top clean and dry.
Keep the pins battery terminals and cables. The terminals must be tight and covered with a protective lubricant.
Caught in the battery electrolyte, wash immediately with an aqueous solution of baking soda.
If the vehicle will not be operated for a long time, disconnect the wires from the terminal pins of the battery.
