Installing the spare tire



1. Clean cloth sealing surfaces of dirt on the disc wheel and hub, and studs.
2. Place the spare tire.
3. Screw the wheel nuts on the studs (tapered side screws should be turned to the wheel). Tighten the nuts by hand.

4. Turn the crank handle of the jack counterclockwise lower the car. Use the wheel wrench to tighten the nuts in shown in the figure 1.172 sequence.
The tightening torque of the wheel nuts: 88-117 Nm (9-11 kpm).
5. Place the defective wheel niche in luggage compartment and secure the wheel with the help of pressure washers and bolts.
6. Check the air pressure in the tire.
7. As soon as possible repair the damaged wheel or replace it with a new one.
