Replacing fuses
Replacement fuses are located in the left block in the cabin. If the electrical equipment of the car is not working, first check the fuses located in the left section (near the bottom of the left front pillar). 1. Turn the ignition switch and other switches to "Off".
2. Remove the fuse box cover. To do this, click on the arrow on the cover and slide it back (Fig. 1.203). 3. Pull the fuse out of its socket with a forceps, which are located in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
4. Check the condition of the fuse. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one (Fig. 1.204). 5. Plug in a new fuse of the same value of nominal current. Check that the fuse is held tightly in the nest. If the fuse is inserted is not tight, refer to the service station official Mazda dealer for inspection. If the replacement fuse required denomination is absent, as an interim measure we can take the appropriate fuse which protects the electric device that does not significantly affect the operation of the vehicle (for example, the fuse out of the slot ?MIRROR? (mirror) or ?CIGAR? (cigarette lighter)).
ATTENTION Always replace a blown fuse on defective, which is designed for the same nominal current value. Otherwise, you may damage the system electrical equipment of the vehicle. |
