By operation of the spool valve (OCV) (L3)
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the control valve oil.

Check the position of the control slide valve oil valve. It must be in the maximum delay time the opening or closing of the engine valve, as shown 2.118. If the result differs from the standard characteristics of the ohmmeter, replace the control oil valve. Make sure that the battery is fully charged. If not, recharge the battery. Apply battery voltage to the conclusions of the control valve of the oil and make sure that the spool valve operates and moves to the maximum timing of opening or closing the valves of the engine. If the result differs from the standard characteristics of the ohmmeter, replace the control oil valve.
NOTE Options for the supply voltage of the battery to the conclusions of the control valve of the oil: - Plus the battery - to a conclusion A, negative - to the terminal B - Plus battery - the withdrawal of B, negative - on Terminal A

Disconnect the battery and make sure that the slide valve back to the maximum delay the opening or closing of the engine valves. If not, replace the control oil valve (Fig. 2.119).
