When you turn the unit on ambient light, turn control knob in order to set the desired brightness of the instrument panel (Fig. 1.53).

NOTE
If the decrease in the brightness of the dashboard off, then turn the dial backlighting is not active.

Adjusting the brightness of the dashboard (external lighting devices are turned off).
If the exterior lighting switched off, then by successive presses on the switch button, you can select one of five brightness levels of the dashboard.

Deactivating reduce the brightness of the dashboard (external lighting devices included).
When the exterior lighting brightness of the instrument panel is reduced. When driving on snow-covered road in fog or in other conditions when the visibility of the dashboard is deteriorating because of the bright ambient light, switch button allows you to turn off the backlight dimming dashboard. Click the button to increase the brightness of the instrument panel. Press the switch again to return to the original brightness.
