Power windows



Before turning on the windows to close the window, make sure the opening window was free and none of the passengers could not pinch the glass part of the body. Closing windows with electric windows can be dangerous. Rising glass can hold hands, head or neck of the passenger. As a result, the passenger could be seriously injured or even killed.
This caution is especially true for children.

ATTENTION
Leaving the car young children unattended, always remove the ignition key. Unknowingly children can play electric.
Before closing the windows, make sure that none of the passengers will not be able to pinch your hands or fingers in the window opening.
It is recommended to instruct all passengers on security measures for the use of electric windows, paying particular attention to ensuring the safety of children.

NOTE
To avoid burnout of the electric fuse and damaging the power window system should not include more than three windows at the same time.

Electric windows each passenger door can be controlled by the relevant switch on the armrest of the door. To do this requires that windows lock button located on the control panel windows on the driver's door armrest, has not been pressed.

Windows passenger doors can be opened or closed using the corresponding main switches installed on the control panel windows on the driver's door armrest (Fig. 1.85).
The main switch located on the driver's door panel and switch on the passenger door, allow you to perform the following functions:
- Lifting and lowering of windows by hand;
- Automatic lifting and lowering of glasses;
- Function of a two-step lowering of the glass.

In order to lower the window to the desired position, press the switch down and hold it in the process of lowering the glass. In order to raise the window to the desired position, lightly press the switch up and hold it in the process of lifting the glass (Fig. 1.86).
In order to fully open the window automatically, press the switch down until it stops, and then release. To fully close automatically, press the switch, lift all the way up and then release it.
You can stop the glass at any intermediate position during automatic lifting or lowering. To do this, briefly press the switch up or down, respectively, and then release the key.
If during vehicle maintenance or for other reasons, the battery is disconnected from the vehicle electrical system, the operation of electric windows automatically be broken: the windows are fully opened and closed. Main power window switch located on the driver's door is not possible to restore automatic operation of passenger door power windows. To resume the normal operation of electric windows automatically, perform the following steps on each passenger door.
a. Turn the ignition switch to ?�ON?� (ignition on).
b. Press the power window switch and fully open the window.
at. Lift the key switch and fully close the window. Continue to hold the button down for approximately 2 seconds after the glass comes to its highest position.
After performing the above operations on each passenger door can be completely open and close the windows in automatic mode, using the appropriate main power window switch located on the control panel windows on the driver's door.

The function of the two-step lowering of the glass.
When fully closed the window gently press the switch - while the glass will fall by about 3 cm and stops. If you continue to press and hold down the glass will continue to descend.

NOTE
A brief press on the key switch power window completely closed glass window provides a lowering of approximately 3 cm and sufficient ventilation of the car.

Turn off two-step lowering of glass
To disable two-step lowering of glass on each passenger door, perform the following steps, using the power window main switches.
a. Turn the ignition switch to ?�ON?� (ignition switched on), and within five seconds, do the following. Press the key twice to lock down, and then two times all the way up.
b. Turn the ignition switch to ?�LOCK?� (locking).
at. Within 40 seconds after that, turn the ignition switch to ?�ON?� (ignition on). Then, within five seconds, do the following.
Press the key twice to lock down, and then two times all the way up.
The function of the two-step lowering of the glass is turned off, if all the above steps have not been completed at the scheduled time or the sequence of operations has been changed in the course of implementation. To repeat the disabling function again, first turn the ignition switch to ?�LOCK?� (locking), and then start from the beginning.

To re-enable this feature, once all the operations are provided to disable two-step lowering of the glass.

The function pinch protection glass.
If in the process of lifting (automatic or manual window control) glass to pinch your hand or the head of a passenger or any other object, the window will stop and some go down.

ATTENTION
Make sure to raise the glass does not jammed near the upper end position, and be careful to manually hold the key switch in the position of the power windows. Entrapment of glass, when it nearly reached the upper end position or when the key switch is held down by hand is dangerous. In such cases, the function of protection against crushing glass is not valid. If the glass pinch your fingers, it is fraught with serious injuries.

Depending on the vehicle in the process of closing windows can be stopped and partial lowering of the glass when it is experiencing tremors similar to loads of jamming in the opening window of any subjects.
In the case of the safety function and the inability to fully close the window automatically, press the switch up and hold the position for as long as the window is closed.

Power windows can work behind closed doors for about 40 seconds after turning the ignition switch from position ?�ON?� (ignition on) to the "ACC" (auxiliary power consumers) or ?�LOCK?� (locking). If you open any door, the power windows will not operate.

If the power window lock button is pressed, the power windows can be operated using the corresponding door switch (Fig. 1.87).
If the lock button is pressed windows, you can control only the driver's door window regulator.
While pressing the power window lock key illumination power window switch does not work (stays on only light key the driver's door power window switch). The backlighting is difficult to see in bright ambient light.
