Releasing the seatbelt

Click on the button on the lock (Fig. 1.131). If the belt does not retract fully on the reel, pull the belt again and check for kinks or twists webbing belt. Then hand over the strap on the reel, making sure that the strap is not twisted.

NOTE
If the seat belt is not completely retracted in the inertia reel check strap for the presence of sharp bends and kinks. If the belt strap in order, and the belt is still not properly drawn on the reel, then contact a station official Mazda dealer for inspection and inertia reel seat belt.
