Battery



Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Battery
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and then the positive terminal wire.
2. Check the battery charge status.
3. Check that when applying the load on the battery voltage does not fall below 9.6 volts.

4. Periodically inspect wires connecting the battery along the entire length for damage, cracks or corrosion.
5. Clean the contact wires from corrosion if necessary.

Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Battery
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and then the positive terminal wire. Remove the battery retaining bar (arrow).
2. Remove the battery.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the battery shelf. Clean shelf corrosion if necessary.
4. Install a new battery is spent upside-down removals.

5. When disconnecting the wires the first always disconnect the negative battery terminal.
6. Loosen the nut clamps and disconnect the battery cables.
7. Remove the wires from the mounting clamps (arrow).
8. Wire the negative terminal of the battery is attached to the bracket in the engine compartment (indicated by the arrow on the left) and the gearbox (mounting indicated by the arrow on the right).
9. The wire is connected to the positive terminal of the battery to the starter (the arrow on the left) and fuse / relay box (the compound indicated by the arrow on the right) in the engine compartment.
10. Clean the contacts and insert new wires.
