Checking the oil level in the differential



The differential also possible loss of oil due to leakage. If on-site parking is regularly found traces of oil, be sure to check the level in the differential. If you pay attention to the state of the differential only when the background noise in most cases will be a need to replace the entire unit.

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Lift up the vehicle and establish on supports.

2. Remove the plug 3 (Fig. 6.18), the filler hole with hexagon (SW 14).
3. The oil level should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. Otherwise add oil for hypoid SAE 90 transmission and establish the cause of the fall in its level.
