Emergency closure of the hatch
Fig. 11.33. Emergency closure of the hatch

Functioning of the component depends on the accuracy of the adjustment, which is not described in the book. In addition to the adjustment requires special installation gauges and mounting accessories. Leaking hatch usually is caused by clogged drains. They are located at the corners of the hole in the roof. The electric drive of the hatch is located behind the front courtesy light.

PRACTICAL ADVICE
Troubleshooting hatch
In the event of leaks hatch clean drainage drains wire or gently blow compressed air.
If the motor does not turn on, first check the fuse ?4, located in a recess of the battery under the rear seat.
If the motor is not running again, close the hatch with emergency closing device (for example, if there is rain).
To do this, remove the left facing the front courtesy light. Insert the lever into the hexagonal hole and force turn in the direction shown in Fig. 11.33.
