Independent oil change

For the pumping of oil through the dipstick tube is used quite powerful suction pump. On sale is electric and hand-held devices. Some devices are adapted for connection to the vehicle battery. Cheapest devices typically have low power, so the pumping process continues for a long time. In addition, the oil can be drained simply because the oil drain well available.

To replace the need to 9.5 liter of oil and new oil filter (for both types of engines).

When changing the oil, you must adhere to the following order:

- Before starting work to warm up the engine at idle (trip for about 10 minutes);

- Position the front of the vehicle on an elevated, remove the protective cover from the front of the engine;

- Remove the oil filler cap to the cylinder head;

- Loosen the bottom crankcase drain plug oil;

- Substitute for extensive draining container and remove the plug completely. Caution - hot oil flows more quickly;

- When the oil drains, drain plug with a new seal oil in the crankcase screw and gently tighten (25 Nm);

- Replace the oil filter as described in Section. 3.6;

- Start up the engine;

- Check the oil level and the tightness of the drain and filter. If necessary to tighten the filter.
