Removing and installing glow



Details of the installation of the diesel engine glow plugs


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of glow plugs are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature (80 ?� C).

Reversing candles should be made only after the warm-up cylinder head!

  1. Stop the engine.
  2. Disconnect from a fuel distributive highway going to the injection pump fuel return line.
  3. Disconnect the wiring (3) (see. Section Checking glow plug) and with the help of a special device (HAZET 4760-1) remove the candles (R9).
  4. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to clean the spark plug niche special perlon brush with a diameter of 10 mm or 6.
  5. Finally, start the engine and check the power supply system for signs of leaks.
