Removing and installing side airbag modules
Details of installation of the modules of the front side-impact airbags (for example, the driver's door module)

- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the trim corresponding to the front door (see chap. Body).
- Drill fixing rivets (1).
- Remove the bolts (2) and remove airbag module, separated from it by the wiring (3).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, make a diagnosis of the SRS using special equipment (contact your service specialist).

- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the trim corresponding to the back door (see chap. Body).
- Disconnect the connector (2) electrical fuse airbag gas generator.
- Drill fixing rivets (1) and remove airbag module (3).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, make a diagnosis of the SRS using special equipment (contact your service specialist).
