PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The main mounting block is placed in the left side of the engine compartment, and consists of two separate sections: Section fuse / relay control modules and sections. Details of the installation of the main mounting block shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  3. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  4. Release the clips and remove the fuse section (1), - check the condition of the gasket, in case of need make replacement.
  5. Remove the fixing screws (3) and remove the section of the control modules (2) - if necessary, replace the gasket.
  6. Remove the screws (4) and by lifting up, release the fuse holder / relay (5).
  7. Releasing the locks and removing the fixing screws, disunite electrical connectors, and permanently remove the holder, - the connectors are of the asymmetrical design of the connection is uniquely defined.
  8. Remove the control modules fuel injection system (ME-SFI) and traction control (ETS / ESP) (see. Section Removal and installation of the control modules).
  9. Remove the screws (6).
  10. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the electric motor (M2 / 2) section of the blower control module.
  11. Release of the fuse and relay module (F1) and pull the mounting block for the cable harness assembly to its mounting bracket.
  12. Remove the cover to the left under the instrument panel, disconnect from your arm and release of the mounting block assembly drive cable release latch bonnet (13).
  13. Give fixing nuts (8).
  14. Disconnect the electrical connectors passing through the unit fuse / relay and not connected to the terminal block inside the last.
  15. Pull back on the wiring harness and release of the support brackets on the mounting block fluid hoses windscreen.
  16. Remove the washer fluid reservoir (see chap. Body).
  17. Remove the main mounting block.
  18. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation Details of salon mounting block in the passenger footswitch a well illustrated, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cover from the right under the instrument panel and side panel trim passenger foot well (see chap. Body).
  3. Disconnect from the mounting block (F2) fuse / relay cables into the sheath pit circuits 30 (1) and 15R (2).
  4. Remove the rope binding (4), - try not to damage the wiring harnesses.
  5. Disconnect and remove from the A-pillar connector (5), - Release the fastening nut from the rear of the connector and push the latter forward.
  6. Disconnect the connector (6).
  7. Loosen the nut to the stand A ground bus (W29 / 2) and disconnect from the mass of the cable (3) circuit 31.
  8. Give plastic nuts (7) and remove the cabin mounting fuse and relay box (F2) from the front right of the skin well.
  9. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of baking wiring.
