Removal, installation and check the clutch



Details of installation of the clutch assembly components


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on procedures for removal / installation of clutch components shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove Manual transmission (see chap. Manual box of a gear change).
  3. In several steps, no more than 1 ÷ 1.5 turn for the approach, turn out fixing bolts (9) (Allen) and remove the assembly clutch (6) and clutch disc (5), - using the centering mandrel (012) operates strictly according to the manufacturer devices.
  4. Assess the slave and pressure plate.
  5. Evaluate the condition of the flywheel.
  6. Defective components replace.
  7. On models equipped with Manual transmission Series 717.4 remove release bearing (7) and fork release lever (8). Rate the degree of wear of components, if necessary, replace.
  8. On models equipped with Manual transmission Series 716.6 central operator check for signs of wear and the development of leaks. If necessary, replace.
  9. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of installation of the slave drive on models with Manual transmission Series 717.4 grease grooves in the claw clutch lever for spherical bolt box housing and the pusher slave cylinder (arrows).
