Details of installation of ambient air temperature sensor

Arrows - Tighten the screws on the instrument panel to the pillar


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of ambient air temperature sensor are shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the rear bulkhead engine compartment coolant expansion tank (1).
  4. Disconnect hoses cooling path (2) of the heater coil.
  5. In the context of the workshop Car make discharge air conditioning system.
  6. Remove the cover of the expansion valve (4).
  7. Give a nut (3) fastening the expansion valve (4).
  8. Disconnect from the expansion valve refrigeration lines.
  9. Remove the wiper drive assembly.
  10. Give nuts (5) on the instrument panel bulkhead engine compartment.
  11. Remove the trim panel racks A.
  12. Give to the left under the dash panel plastic nuts securing the panel finishes.
  13. Remove the trim panel of the foot well.
  14. Remove the rubber plug and remove the screws securing the uprights panelipriborov A (arrows).
  15. Remove assemblage of the center console (see chap. Body).
  16. Remove the bolt (6) under the dashboard.
  17. Pull the instrument panel back and expand so as to allow access to the rear side.
  18. Disconnect the wiring connector (B10 / 5x1) ambient air temperature sensor.
  19. Disconnect the cable from the sensor to the casing of the evaporator of the air conditioner / heater coil.
  20. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor (B10 / 5) of the air hose.
  21. Installation is in the reverse order - fill the air conditioning system should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center.
  22. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
