Removal and installation of atomizers



Fuel distributive highway with injectors

1 - Locking spring
2 - Screw, 7 nm to + 90 ?�

6 - Pressure Sensor, 22 nm, 611 to the engine head. Number 86512: 20Nm

1st reception 3 Nm
2nd reception 5Nm
A - When the nozzle, lubricate with a thin layer of special greasing only in this range.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Describes the removal of a nozzle, the procedure is similar for the other nozzles.

1. Remove the engine covers, address to Section Removal and installation of the engine cover.
2. Disconnect the injector connector.
3. Remove the injection conduit extending to the nozzle. When loosening the union nut hold the nozzle wrench.

Pipelines at removing deform. After removing the pipe, close the ends. Make sure that the pipes do not hit the dirt. Check the connecting pipeline injection cones. In the presence of dents, replace the pipe.

4. Press the retainer in place of connection of the drain pipe and remove the pipe.

Retainer remains on the nozzle. If you remove the bracket, it must be replaced by a new one.

5. Remove the Torx screw on the clamp bands.
6. Remove the nozzle from the threaded adapter with clamping yoke with the appropriate screwdriver.

Firmly seated nozzle is removed by a shock puller and the corresponding capture. If the extractor rests on the cylinder head, remove the bolts cylinder head cover, or remove the nozzle by a threaded adapter.


When removing a threaded adapter nozzle must be replaced complete.

7. Clean the rod and injector nozzles with a wire brush, with a working part of the nozzle should be cleaned only by using an absorbent cloth. Before cleaning the shaft mounting hole jets in a mine close pin. The mounting shaft first clean absorbent cloth, then round and cylindrical brush, then blow and close. Then again, clean absorbent cloth and close. After cleaning, remove the pin from the nozzle orifice.

Mine injectors clean by hand only (not to be used for this drill). The nozzle must not be disassembled.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Apply a thin layer of special greasing rod nozzles in the area "a", for example, MERCEDES-BENZ 001 989 42 51 10.

Grease should not fall on a working part of the nozzle and the O-ring.

2. Install the nozzle in place with a new seal and clamping collar.
3. Screw new screw Torx, without tightening it.

The screw must be easily screwed. Otherwise, you need to pass the thread chaser.

4. Remove the bolts from a fuel distributive highway. It is necessary to set the injection pipe without additional effort.
5. Secure the pipe coupling nut on the injection nozzle, without tightening the nuts.
6. Tighten the fuel distribution manifold torque 14Nm.
7. Attach the new Torx screw clamp ring torque 7nm. Then tighten the screw on the angle of 90 ?� (½ turn).
8. Tighten the union nuts injection pipe, hold the nozzle against rotation. The tightening torque of the new nuts: 20Nm again applied: 25 Nm.

In no case do not exceed the tightening torque. Otherwise, the next time unscrewing the threaded nipple will not turn away.

9. Replace the drain pipe and secure it with staples.
10. Dock connector nozzle.
11. Replace the engine covers, address to Section Removal and installation of the engine cover.
